We produce everything we need to submit your application, however there's a few things that are not included which you may need to provide:

1. Specialist Reports - things like Ecology, specialist searches etc.
2. Payment of your Application - we leave that to you
3. Title & Title Plan - we need you to provide that if we need it. We also need you to let us know if there's any restricted covenants or charges on your property that will restrict your proposal
4. Multiple surveys - our first survey will do the trick!
5. Multiple Revisions - to offer these reduced prices we've reigned back the number of revisions, but we're confident 3 will be plenty
