What are Construction Drawings?

Our approach is to keep things as easy as possible, with one simple to understand price rather than price per type of addition, p/m2 or a percentage of the estimated overall cost.

Construction drawings are a development of the Building Control drawings that are produced, which allow you to issue detailed drawings to your Builder or Contractors. These include key items like electrical and plumbing, finishes and setting-out detail

A fixed fee at just £1,350 per dwelling for new customers!

Types of Drawings

We include all the common drawings you'll need to provide to your chosen Builder or Contractors like electrical, plumbing, heating, wall and floor finishes, furniture fixtures and equipment, window and door schedules, wall and roof finishes schedule, drainage layouts etc.

3 FREE Revisions

Your confidence and overall happiness with your final design is vital, that's why we include up to 3 revisions in our price. That means that throughout the process, prior to your application being submitted we'll happily make 3 changes to your drawings. Just let us know and we'll get it sorted for you

Ongoing Support

Once we're done we won't just say thanks and be on our way. We'll provide ongoing support which means if you need us to help as the project progresses we can use the information we've already produced to further develop your drawings. If you've not used up your 3 FREE revisions, it'll be FREE of charge!

The £500 Discount

Every one of our Clients, homeowner, developer, builder or other professional will receive a £500 discount off any follow-on works for that project. The reason for this is simple, we don't have to draw your project from scratch! Simply put, if we've already drawn your project why would we you charge as if we haven't

What's Included and What's Not?

What's included in the price?

We'll provide a total of 3 FREE revision cycles in our price which means you can collate change and issue to us the changes 3 times. We'll produce:

  • Electrical layouts
  • Plumbing layouts
  • Heating layouts
  • Door schedule
  • Window schedule
  • Foundation setting out (if applicable)
  • Footing setting out (if applicable)
  • Finishes schedule
  • Furniture, fixtures and equipment schedule

What's not included in the price?

We can't offer you everything but we try to keep it to a minimum:

  • We do not complete a survey
  • Extra revisions over-and-above the 3 FREE revisions are not included
  • We don't ship out paper plans but do give you access to electronic copies
  • We don't buy your title or title plan and need you to advise if there are any restricted covenants or charges on your property that would affect the proposal

Then this is good news as you'll receive a £500 discount off the price as a thank you for us not having to work through numerous detail elements
