Our approach is to keep things as easy as possible, with one simple to understand price rather than price per type of addition, p/m2 or a percentage of the estimated overall cost.

Understand the actual price of your project, go out to specialist builders and contractors for pricing, enter into contracts and manage staged payment schedules. Everything you need to receive competitive pricing and appoint a builder / contractor for your project

A fixed fee at just £950 per dwelling for new customers!

Types of Project

The software we use to produce accurate budgets and cost forecasting can be used on a range of project types from typical dwellings to garden rooms and change-of-use projects. We'll use either the information we've produced or the information you supply to create detailed cost information

1 FREE Budget Review

Once we've developed your initial project budget we'll undertake a thorough review of the forecasted budget with you to determine any areas of risk or potential value-engineering. Our price includes 1 FREE review and amendment to the budget to allow you to confidently set-aside sufficient funds for your project

Ongoing Support

Once we've developed your budget and have produced the necessary tender information to allow you to get competitive pricing from Builders or Contractors, we'll continue to provide continual support to assist with common items like change and payments.

The £500 Discount

Every one of our Clients, homeowner, developer, builder or other professional will receive a £500 discount off any follow-on works for that project. The reason for this is simple, we don't have to draw your project from scratch! Simply put, if we've already drawn your project why would we you charge as if we haven't

What's Included and What's Not?

What's included in the price?

We'll work with you to develop a comprehensive budget and tender pack to include:

  • Project budget
  • A tender specification
  • A schedule-of-rates for pricing
  • A draft domestic contract
  • A draft payment schedule
  • A draft change request / variation sheet
  • An evaluation sheet
  • Draft project listings
  • A list of recommended sites to list your project like Book-A-Builder, My Builder, Bark etc.

What's not included in the price?

We can't offer you everything but we try to keep it to a minimum:

  • We do not complete a survey
  • Extra revisions over-and-above the 1 FREE revisions are not included
  • We don't ship out paper documents but do give you access to electronic copies
  • We do not guarantee the legality of the provided domestic contract

Can you complete my project without a survey?

Yes we can.

Some of our Clients prefer to accept the £50 discount we offer by completing the survey themselves. In these instances we offer our Clients the use of our mobile LiDAR/Room Scanning software, providing they have a compatible device. If you don't have a compatible device then we're afraid we'll have to complete this ourselves
